  Place the jewelry in its original Kiki McDonough presentation box and secure it within the protective shipping carton, ensuring all security tags remain attached.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned item to confirm it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
